Terms and Conditions

Article 1 – Purpose
The purpose of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) is to define the
terms and conditions under which Adopte Un Artisan connects
customers with independent service providers (craftsmen, professionals).

Article 2 – Role of the company
Adopte Un Artisan acts exclusively as a business promoter and
intermediary:
● We identify service providers that meet the customer's needs.
● We pass on their contact details to the customer,
● We do not perform the services ourselves and are not involved in
their execution.

Article 3 – Acceptance of the referral
By requesting our services, the customer acknowledges and accepts that:
● the service will be provided directly by the chosen service provider,
● any agreement relating to the service (price, deadlines, guarantees) will be concluded solely
between the customer and the service provider,
Adopte Un Artisan is not a party to the contract concluded between the customer and the
service provider.

Article 4 – Liability
Adopte Un Artisan cannot be held liable for:
• for the quality, deadlines, cost or any other aspect of the service provided
by the service provider,
• for any direct or indirect damage resulting from the service provider's intervention,
• for any contractual or extra-contractual dispute between the customer and the service provider.
The customer remains solely responsible for verifying that the service provider
meets their requirements (insurance, qualifications, rates, etc.).

Adopte Un Artisan acts solely as an intermediary between the customer and the partner tradespeople
. Our mission is limited to:
• Selecting and connecting qualified tradespeople for the project.
• Forwarding plans, studies and available technical information.
• Defining the responsibilities and scope of each tradesperson before the start of the project.
Limitation of liability
Adopte Un Artisan does not provide any supervision, technical coordination or intervention on the
once the project has commenced.
Any modifications, decisions or monitoring on site are the sole responsibility of the
client as the project owner, and that of the tradespeople working on their respective lots.
Adopte Un Artisan declines all responsibility for any damage, delay or poor workmanship
occurring after the site has been opened.
Insurance and obligations
The client is responsible for taking out the necessary insurance, in particular building damage insurance
if applicable.
Craftsmen work within the framework of their contracts and professional insurance policies

Article 5 – Personal data
The information provided by the customer is used solely for the purpose of organising
the contact.
It may be communicated to selected service providers and is processed
in accordance with applicable regulations and our Confidentiality Policy.

Article 6 – Complaints
Any complaints relating to the referral process may be addressed to:

Article 7 – Applicable law and competent jurisdiction
These T&Cs are governed by French law.

In the event of a dispute that cannot be resolved amicably, it shall be submitted to the competent courts
in the jurisdiction of Aix-En-Provence.
